Who can verify a Twitter account?

And as per Twitter’s Help Center norms, in order to verify your account, you must meet certain criteria which are given below:
You must have a verified phone number in your account, profile picture/photo, a header photo, and a bio.
If you are not a company, organization, or brand, then you could also include your birthday.
And remember that you also need to set your Tweets to option in setting as “public” in the Tweet privacy settings.

Also remember that, if you are not a company or organization, but an individual instead, then you will also need to include a copy of any government-issued ID.

But do not worry, according to Twitter’s help center, this information will be immediately deleted as soon as the account verification process is completed.

Verify Your Twitter Account
Go to www.twitter.com Click on “Continue” Select on the username that you want to verify from the list of usernames present in the drop-down menu then finally click on “Next”.
And now you’ll just have to wait for your account to be reviewed by Twitter’s support team.
Once your account has been reviewed, you will get notified by an mail in your registered email if your request was approved or rejected.
If your request is approved then you will instantly start seeing the blue colored verified badge which will be displayed on your Twitter account page.
If you are not eligible for a blue verified badge yet, you will also get notified through email, but then you will have to get out there and work three times harder in order to boost your account’s popularity.
And once it’s popular enough you will have to start Twitter’s account verification process request all over again.
